Shipping Policy

At WELLFIT, we take great care to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely. Below are details on processing, delivery, shipping methods, and potential additional charges.

Processing Time

  • In-stock orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • During busy periods (e.g., holidays), processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Options

For UK orders; We offer free shipping from our UK warehouse(located in Tamworth & Walsall), for Germany and other European countries, such as Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden orders, we offer free shipping from our Germany local warehouse  in Duisburg(47138) and normal delivery time is 2–7 business days, the delivery time may delay due to holidays, weekends or some extreme weather conditions.  Orders placed after a Friday will be processed on the next working day.

We currently offer shipping across most areas of the United Kingdom.
However, delivery may not be available to certain remote regions, including Northern Ireland, offshore islands, and other hard-to-reach locations.
If your address falls within these areas, we will contact you promptly after your order is placed.

Import Taxes
For all orders shipped to the UK and Europe, the listed prices include applicable import taxes and duties. Customers will not need to pay additional import fees upon delivery.

Orders are dispatched from our UK and Germany warehouses to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

UK orders are shipped via Evri, Yodel, and FedEx.
Germany and other European countries, such as Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden orders are delivered via DPD and DHL.

Address Changes
Before your order is shipped, you may contact us to update your delivery address.
Once the package has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
Please ensure that the delivery address is correct when placing your order.

Special Notes

  • Treadmills are shipped from our UK and Germany warehouse.
  • Accessories may ship separately from an overseas warehouse if out of stock locally.
  • If you order both treadmills and accessories together, your package may be split to ensure treadmills are delivered as quickly as possible.
  • Accessories shipped from overseas usually arrive within 10–14 days.
  • Remote Area Postcodes: Orders to AB, IV, PH, and PA may be subject to additional shipping charges depending on distance or weight. We will contact you before dispatch if extra fees apply.  WE don't ship to Northern Ireland as well.
  • WELLFIT does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure that a valid residential or commercial address is provided before completing your purchase.
