Does it have smart features?
All of our treadmills can connect to the WELLFIT App (free to use), where you can track your workout data, set training plans, and even control the treadmill directly from your phone — including voice control.
You can also enjoy first-person scenic running through the app for a more immersive workout experience.
In addition, the treadmill syncs with Apple Health and supports Kinomap and Zwift for interactive training. It is also compatible with FitShow, WHOOP, and other apps that support the FTMS (Fitness Machine Service) protocol, ensuring broader connectivity with your favorite fitness platforms.
For safety, it includes a safety key — when detached, the machine stops immediately to prevent injury. The overall performance is also designed to run quietly, making it suitable for home use.
Does the 30-day return cover all returns?

When my order ship and by which carrier?
Your order will be delivered within 2–7 working days from our local warehouses in the UK and Germany.
In the UK, we operate warehouses in Tamworth, England (B78 2FG) and Walsall, West Midlands (WS8 7DG). Orders are shipped via Evri, Yodel, and FedEx.
In Germany and other European countries, such as Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden ship from German warehouse in Duisburg(47138). Orders are shipping via DPD and DHL.
We ship to most UK mainland addresses. Please note that we currently do not support delivery to Northern Ireland and some remote or offshore regions (such as the Scottish Highlands and islands).
For customers in the United States, we also offer fast and reliable delivery through our local warehouse network. Wellfit operates 7 warehouses across the USA, including locations in New Jersey, California, Texas, Georgia, Houston, and New York, allowing us to dispatch orders based on proximity to your address. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via FedEx or UPS, with most deliveries arriving within 1–5 business days.
