I hopped on this Wellfit the other morning, 6 am, still in my pyjamas, trying not to wake the toddler in the next room. Even at a steady 10 km/h the 4.5 HP motor purred quieter than our fridge, so mission stealth success. The belt feels huge, 135 by 50 cm lets my lanky stride stretch without that slightly terrifying edge-of-the-cliff feeling I used to get at the gym.

And wow, the auto incline is a cheeky motivator. One tap sent the deck climbing to 10 percent and suddenly my “quick jog” turned into a hill session, calves complaining in the best way. The shock absorbers earn their keep too, knees felt fresh enough afterwards to chase Lego across the carpet.

Bluetooth speakers paired first try, Taylor Swift kept me company though the cat looked unimpressed. So I folded it up, rolled it behind the sofa, and brewed a coffee feeling smug, sweat already drying. If only laundry folded this easily.

I needed something that could survive my 99kg frame and the early morning stampede habit, the Cardirun has stepped up nicely. First flick of the power switch and I was jogging in the spare room while rain hammered the patio.

That 135 by 50 cm belt feels generous, no anxious glancing at my feet. And the motor, 4.5 horses, keeps the pace steady up to 16 km/h without rattling the pictures on the wall. I nudged the incline to 12 percent during last night's Match of the Day catch up and my calves immediately filed a complaint, just what I wanted. The shock absorbers do their bit too, my knees feel fresher than after a trot round the estate. Bluetooth hooked up fast so the kids’ playlist could cheer me on although Baby Shark at eight in the morning was a tactical error.

But the real treat is how quietly it folds away, marriage saved.

This is a great treadmill. I have been using this treadmill for over 4 months now, at least 2 times a week around 5 to 6 mph at a 3% incline for over 30 minutes each session and it is holding up great. (I am around 175 lbs for reference)

I've used the incline feature to its max capacity (15%) for over half an hour at 3.5 mph, and I have ran at the max speed (8mph) for 15 or more minutes a few times. I have also done 4 or more hours of cardio on the treadmill over the span of a week a few times and it handles it all well. I am not a marathon runner or an athlete, but for getting in cardio at a moments notice this treadmill does its job great. Make sure to hold onto the manual, it is well written and describes various neat features such as the programs.

It was well packaged when it arrived, It came in a very large box and had foam and little pieces of wood supporting various places on the treadmill, and I can assemble this treadmill with the video guidance which was really convenient for me and I can finish the assemble by my own self. It is fairly easy to move around with its portable wheels even if it is a little bit heavy.

Overall the treadmill does what I want it to and I feel confident it will last quite a long time at the level I use it, I highly recommend it to anyone who has looked at all the options on amazon and other sites at this price range.

So I waited a while before writing this review because I wanted to put some real miles on this treadmill before sharing my thoughts.

Assembly was easier than I expected. It does require some setup, but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. There’s also a helpful installation video available, which made the process even smoother. Taking my time, I had everything assembled and ready to use without any issues.

The treadmill has a solid, sturdy feel and definitely feels well built. It has some weight to it, which actually gives me confidence when walking because it feels stable and secure.

I'm 5'8", and the walking surface is comfortable for my stride. I've been using it almost every day, and everything has performed exactly as expected so far.

The free WELLFIT fitness app that you can download pairs with this treadmill easily and records every workout so you can track progress. It also provides instructor course videos, world tour first-person perspective walks and runs and a free mode that allows you to set all the parameters of the workout yourself. You can also set the incline level, the speed thru the APP. Having the ability to set up custom programs straight from the console at this price point was unexpected and appreciated. I've been using it everyday for slightly over a month now and honestly like it more every time I use it. The hardest part is avoiding the temptation to overtrain since it's just invitingly sitting there and I have to pass by it several times a day, it's really difficult to resist jumping on and going for a quick run. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner.

Good Value, Easy Setup
We purchased the TM029 and it arrived in about 5 or 6 days.. It’s a little heavier than I thought it would be but I was still able to get it into the house by myself. I used a two-wheeled dolly for part of it. With the help of my wife, setting it up only took about 30 minutes - maybe 45 altogether.
Even though it gives you a way to adjust the belt, we didn’t need to. It looks very simple to make any adjustments, however.
I like the fact that the console is not so big and bulky as with a lot of treadmills. There’s no reason to put every feature under to sun in the console when all those features are already in my phone or tablet.
There is an app you should install on your phone. In it there are lots of different workouts to use and I think you can download more. I haven’t figured all that out yet but I’ll spend some time with it another day.
After going for a few walks and doing some easy jogging, my impression is that this treadmill is sturdy and well built. Time will tell, of course.
The treadmill seems very quite - more so than I thought it would be.
Overall, this seems like a very good and I’m pleased with the purchase.

So sturdy and doesn't rock when I do high intensity walking, I'm a big boned girl so I need a well made sturdy treadmill and this is it!!! I LOVE IT
